I have always loved languages and studied French and German at school and then French and Russian at university. I've also learnt a little bit of Spanish, and even tried learning Mandarin, which is very tricky! I am passionate about sharing my love of languages with others. I am friendly and patient, and my classes are lots of fun. I don't put pressure on learners, but make sure they all feel comfortable to ask questions and have a go. Communication is more important than perfection! I have some learners who have been with me for around four years, who have progressed from Improvers to Advanced level, or from Beginners to Intermediate level. I love to see learners increasing in confidence and enjoying their language learning. I have been teaching French for over 15 years and enjoy making language learning accessible and fun for everyone.
