‘Why I chose to learn Spanish online’

Meet our lovely Spanish learner Grace…

Grace is about to start her first online Spanish course!

The mum-of-one was keen to learn Spanish, but couldn’t find any suitable lessons near her home in Sheffield. So she signed up for group online classes with our tutor Megan, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Follow Grace through her Spanish course

Grace has agreed to share her learning journey here, to give other new starters an idea of what to expect. Watch her first video to see why she wants to learn Spanish online, what she’s hoping to achieve – and what she’s nervous about!

The 36-year-old hasn’t studied Spanish since high school, so she’s admitted to a few pre-course jitters. We’ll meet Grace again in a month’s time and hear how her lessons are going.

Interactive online language classes

Some online courses use pre-recorded videos, but that’s not the Language for Fun way. Our Zoom lessons follow exactly the same structure as our face-to-face classes, so you’ll still get to meet people and make new friends.

All our courses now include access to our bespoke Virtual Learning Environment – your digital one-stop shop for all our revision videos, quizzes and online forums.

Want to mingle in person but can’t make a full term of classes? Try a blended course to combine online learning with face-to-face social events in your area.
