¡Hola! My name is Laura. I’m from Alicante, Spain and I’ve been living in the UK for 12 years. I originally came to England just for the year to learn the language working as an au pair so I could become a flight attendant but I ended falling in love with an English man and after got a position for an airline in Italy (Pisa) I changed my base to East Midlands Airport so we could be together. I lived in several places in the UK but I finally found my home in Stoke-On-Trent where I live with my husband and our little boy.
In my personal time I love to read and listen to music. But my biggest passion is travelling! Luckily for me I’ve been fortunate enough to be able visit many places but I still have many places that I would like to explore! I also love languages and be able to communicate with people from different cultures and countries so that’s why I ended working for Languages For Fun!
I am very happy that I joined this amazing team and as a tutor where I get to communicate with others about my culture and language.
