Claudia is an Italian native speaker from Sardinia in Italy. She is an enthusiastic Italian teacher with 5 years experience teaching in primary schools and giving private tuition to adults. Claudia is passionate about languages which she studied in Italy and is fluent in English and French. Her aim is to share her knowledge and enthusiasm in a friendly and relaxed environment.
My name is Giulia and I come from a small town called Foligno situated in Umbria, a beautiful green region in Italy. I believe that coming from a small region with no metropolitan city, has shaped my mind and led me to a life of curiosity towards different languages and cultures. This is why I studied languages (German and Spanish mostly) at University and eventually moved to a different country. In England, I experienced the process of learning a new language and this makes me appreciative of the challenges of learning a new language as an adult. I have also studied Linguistics and have experience in teaching Italian to foreigners.
My name is Alessandra. I'm a native speaker of Italian with 26 years experience in this country. I'm a qualified MFL language teacher (PGCE) and a qualified public services interpreter (DPSI). I hold a degree in English, French and Italian literatures and languages from Urbino University, Italy. I also have a Diploma in French from CIOL (Institute of Linguists) and I'm a member of the same organisation.
My aim is to put students at ease and help them achieving their goal in the most efficient and enjoyable way.
My name is Susanna Corbally (MA Cantab PGCE). I was brought up bilingual in Italian and retain close family ties in Italy. I have a strong academic background but also a practical approach to applying language knowledge to real life situations. I have experience in tutoring languages to both children and adults, and also contributed to translating the ‘Languages for fun’ Italian course materials.
