My name is Anna, I was born in Barcelona, a lovely city in the Spanish Mediterranean Coast.
I grew up there until 2013, when my husband, children and I decided to move to the UK to start a new adventure in a foreign country, a dream I had for a long time!
In Spain I worked within an accounts team for 15 years, but I always loved working with children and wanted to be a teacher.
When I arrived in the UK I realised I had the opportunity to change my career and start doing what I always wanted to do, to be part of helping children have more opportunities in life.
While I worked hard to improve my English language skills, I met someone who introduced me into the Language educational system. I loved the idea, did all the training and started teaching, first of all 1 to 1 lessons, then I was able to build small groups, and I’ve now built up over 100 students! I teach after-school in 3 different schools and nurseries and I have an open centre for adults too.
I really love what I do and enjoy working with children. It is so fulfilling to see both children and adults making the effort to learn a new language and have fun at the same time. I feel really proud of my students and I hope you can try my classes and enjoy them too! about how the club got started.
