A few words from Helene van der Ploeg, Director of Food and Enterprise @ The Larder
This cooking class will be a fun, interactive session where guests will work solo or in pairs to prepare a 2-course meal that they will then enjoy together. Our French Chef and Baker, Fred Lumineau, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, will lead it. He will engage with the learners in French and, through the cooking and eating of the food, your guests will really get a chance to put their language skills to the test, whilst having a memorable experience in our kitchen.
We have proposed menu ideas that are simple to make, have a French style and easily made at home. Your guests will be wowing their friends and family as they display their talent for cooking and language skills.
