We will continue to build your vocabulary and start talking about the past, drawing inspiration from our real lives.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • use verbs in the past to talk about your daily routine
  • describe what you did last week
  • talk about past holidays
  • use adjectives to compare objects (bigger than, not as big as, etc.)

All the above in a friendly and relaxed setting, with a wonderful and passionate native teacher!

Please note, this course is part A of Intermediate 1 and will cover chapters 1-5 in the workbook. Part B (weeks 6-10) will follow in January.

My name is Elena, and I'm a native Italian passionate about languages and travel. I believe that speaking the local language enriches your experiences, making them more authentic and enjoyable.

From learning English as a child to studying French and German in high school, my fascination with languages led me to take my A levels in foreign languages and start a career as a lyricist in Italian and English.

For the past seven years, I've been living in vibrant London.


My teaching experience spans from children and young adults to older learners, including those seeking language skills for business or leisure. I tailor my lessons and pace to my student's specific needs and goals.
