Italian - Beginner
This course is ideal for:
people who would like to consolidate fluency skills and review the tenses previously covered with a “light touch”.
You’ll get lots of practice chatting about every day topics – mainly in the present tense but bringing in all your prior learning – and spend a bit of time with the irregular verbs that don’t follow the rules!

Please note, this course is Part B of Refreshers and will cover chapters 6-10 in the workbook. Part A (weeks 1-5) was last term September – December. New learners are welcome and you will receive the full workbook and will be supported to catch up on part A.

My name is Elena, and I'm a native Italian passionate about languages and travel. I believe that speaking the local language enriches your experiences, making them more authentic and enjoyable.
From learning English as a child to studying French and German in high school, my fascination with languages led me to take my A levels in foreign languages and start a career as a lyricist in Italian and English.
For the past seven years, I've been living in vibrant London.
My teaching experience spans from children and young adults to older learners, including those seeking language skills for business or leisure. I tailor my lessons and pace to my student's specific needs and goals.
I firmly believe in going beyond textbooks and grammar exercises. While grammar rules are essential, authentic communication flourishes when you shed any fear and start having fun with the language. Let's talk, laugh, and explore together!
