Amélie is French & Philosophy BA(Hons) graduate from the University of Nottingham and has experience of teaching to GCSE and A'level standard.  She loves France and teaching French and spends several weeks per year in France.  She has also recently lived in the south of France for a year and studied French & Italian at Avignon University!  She also returned to live near Lyon and worked as an assistante in a primary school.             I am thoroughly enjoying French lessons with Amélie every week.  She makes the lessons fun and is a patient and supportive teacher.  We are all encouraged to contribute but equally can quietly observe and absorb if we so wish.
This is my second year of learning French in Amélie’s online class and  the difference in my vocabulary knowledge, grammar and  confidence to speak has grown hugely. I look forward to our sessions.

            Learning with Amélie is great. The class is very relaxed with no pressure and this really helps build your confidence.  With the way the lessons are structured, my pronunciation is much improved and my vocabulary range has broadened considerably; I am now happy to engage in conversations.
