French - Improver

This face-to-face course will run in Bebington.

This course is suitable for learners who have studied the language before and can have a basic conversation about themselves and get by in typical tourist situations. In order to get the most out of this course, you will have an understanding of how to use verbs in the present tense, and be ready to learn how to use them to talk about the future. By the end of the course you will be able to:

• Talk about your holidays and holiday plans
• Talk about where I live and how long you’ve lived there
• Talk about your family in more detail
• Say how you feel
• Express yourself more precisely when asking for things in shops
• Use the simple future tense to make an order in a shop and talk about your future plans

There are no exams and there is no compulsory homework for this course.  We aim to build your confidence with speaking and listening in French. We focus on communication, not perfection!

The course will start on Friday 2nd May 2025 and run for 9 more weeks with a break for half term on 30th May. The course costs £165 for 10x 90 min lessons. Please pay a deposit of £50 to reserve your place. I kindly ask that full fees are paid before the first class of the term.
