        This course runs for 10 weeks from 23nd September.  There is no class during half term on 28th October, and the final week is on 2nd December. 

Payment is via the Go Cardless platform.

When you enrol, you’ll set up a simple Direct Debit mandate, which allows future payments to be collected automatically when you choose to book another course or block of sessions.
You’ll always receive advance notification before any payment is taken, and you remain in full control — you can cancel the mandate if you don’t want to return for the following term. This makes re-enrolment quick and stress-free, as you don’t need  to remember payment deadlines or respond to reminders.

Hi! I’m Oliver, a passionate language teacher originally from Brussels, Belgium. With a French father and a Belgian mother, I grew up surrounded by expressions from both France and Belgium, as well as a fairly neutral accent — something that later led me to work in cartoon dubbing, where a neutral French accent is often required. I have a deep appreciation for linguistic diversity and love sharing that with my students.


I speak several languages at different levels: French, English, Dutch, Portuguese, and a little Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish, and Italian. I studied English at EF London in 2009 and Dutch at the Jeroen Bosch Institute in the Netherlands in 2010. I also learned Portuguese on my own during time spent in Brazil. I hold certificates in English and Dutch as foreign languages, so I genuinely understand the challenges, frustrations, and rewards of learning to communicate in a new tongue.


I’ve been teaching French since 2020, starting with private tutoring during the pandemic and later working with private students from the French School of London (Winston Churchill). Over the past five years, I’ve helped many learners strengthen their French, always adapting lessons to their goals, pace, and personality.


Alongside teaching, I am also a musician and singer, and I love bringing creativity, expression, and joy into my lessons.


I know how difficult language learning can feel, and I’m committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable environment for every student. I can’t wait to share my love of languages and help you on your journey with French!
