French - Beginner
This course is ideal for:
those we call our Rusty Beginners – learners who have some basic skills like counting, greetings and buying items. You will build up new vocabulary and create sentences you will be able to use straight away in real life.
There will be the opportunity to continue your learning with further weekend courses.
This course is particularly useful if you are unable to commit to a regular weekly class, but anyone is welcome. You may also find it useful as a “crammer” before going on holiday or to a French-speaking country for work.

Having learned French at school, I spent a couple of years living in France in my early twenties. On returning to England I went on to have a family and a career with a physical theatre company. During this time, my love for languages came back to the surface and I completed a degree in French and Spanish and did two extended road trips with my family, through France and Spain. I really look forward to sharing what I know of these beautiful languages, using the relaxed, friendly and effective methodology of Language for Fun.
