About

Bonjour. I'm Tony, and I started learning French at 6 years old. I did a degree in French and Drama at University of London. This included performing in French at venues like the Institut de Français, and spending time in France studying.
I also speak Spanish and German, and am currently pushing forward with the Irish language for fun!
I have always enjoyed finding fellow French speakers to practice with and love to teach, which I first began to do in my University vacations. I also drifted into teaching during my Nursing career.
I've been very excited to find a large French speaking community here in my new home of Whitstable, after spending 14 years overseas, latterly in Barcelona.
Many French people find Barcelona an exciting and practical place to live and work, so I spoke as much French there as Spanish (don't ask me to chat in Catalan!).
I love learning myself with Language For Fun, which has a philosophy of learning I appreciate - always have fun!
