This course starts from Bonjour and 1,2,3, but quickly progresses to real, useful conversational French. You’ll learn how to introduce yourself and your family, talk about where you live and where you’re from, and learn to buy food and drink in France. French for Fun classes are stress-free and always include lots of laughter.
I have always loved languages and studied French and German at school and then French and Russian at university. I've also learnt a little bit of Spanish, and even tried learning Mandarin and Korean, which are very tricky! I am passionate about sharing my love of languages with others. I am friendly and patient, and my classes are lots of fun. I don't put pressure on learners, but make sure they all feel comfortable to ask questions and have a go. Communication is more important than perfection! I have some learners who have been with me for five years, who have progressed from Improvers to Advanced level, or from Beginners to Intermediate level. I love to see learners increasing in confidence and enjoying their language learning. I have been teaching French for over 15 years and enjoy making language learning accessible and fun for everyone.
