What happens next?

When we receive your form, you will be sent a copy of our current franchise brochure. Our recruitment team will contact you within 48 working hours to set up a one-to-one chat about your language teaching goals.

What qualifications do I need?

You don’t need a teaching qualification to work with Language for Fun! Our industry-leading training is all part of the process.

We do ask for:

• An A Level or equivalent in French, Spanish or Italian, plus excellent spoken English
• A passion to help adult learners of all levels gain confidence in their language skills
• Administration and time management skills (or a willingness to learn)
• References to vouch for your caring and professional track record

How much does it cost?

Much less than you would think! We ask for a one-off fee lower than in many comparable businesses. You will then pay a small percentage of your Language for Fun earnings, calculated on a sliding scale depending on your number of learners.

In exchange we provide materials, software, web pages, national marketing, ongoing training and regular events – plus a whole lot more.

Do I want to be a licensee or a tutor?

Unless you have been in contact with a franchisee in your area, you should probably tick ‘Licensee.’ This is a term we previously used for our franchise-holders.

Tutors work directly for our franchisees and while we can sometimes facilitate a connection, the decision is ultimately theirs.

If you are a tutor, your franchisee will ask you to fill in this form as part of your induction. Please mention this (including their name) in one of the free text boxes to avoid confusion.
