The lessons are always varied, engaging and lively. We discuss a wide range of topics as well as focusing in on points of grammar and accuracy. I like the way that anything can be brought to or brought up in class and used to develop our learning. I enjoy the range of activities and tasks and the friendly atmosphere in class. The links and resources that we use in class or receive via email are wide ranging and interesting; they have developed my knowledge and appreciation of Spanish speaking countries and their cultures as well as the language itself. I look forward to my lesson each week and always leave feeling like I have made progress, used my brain and enjoyed myself. I highly recommend Ale's Spanish lessons.

My previous Spanish classes? Too much laptop and not enough speaking and I found I wasn’t looking forward to the lessons. ‘Spanish for Fun’ is so different! Now I’m learning in a lively group of six [the perfect class size?] with Alejandra. Structured content, excellent materials and we get plenty of opportunity to practise speaking Spanish. She manages to cover even complex grammar in a non-threatening way and is alert and responsive to our individual weaknesses - always in a supportive friendly manner. Homework? Optional. An enjoyable no-pressure way of learning Spanish!

I’ve been having Spanish lessons with Ale for about three years now and cannot recommend them enough. Ale is so warm and friendly that I felt welcomed and at ease from my first class. She has a number of different classes for different levels and is flexible to help find an option that works for you. She has a natural enthusiasm for giving the classes and you can tell she genuinely loves helping people learn in a friendly and fun environment. There have also been a number of social events to add to the experience and meet other students. I would highly recommend for anyone in the area thinking about learning Spanish.

Ale is a lovely, encouraging teacher; her classes are fun and stimulating and I recommend her for students of every level.
