¡Hola! My name is Lorena, I am a native Spanish speaker from Mexico and have been living in the UK since 2009. I have over 20 years of experience teaching in primary schools in both Mexico and the UK. I have also received my Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) teaching certification in 2024. After many years of teaching children, I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable and accessible. Even though I have studied Spanish for several years I have found the course content and the course methods really useful. The content has been based upon everyday scenarios and usage rather than the more academic approach of my earlier teachers. The teaching methods are very varied and I find that helpful in giving sufficient opportunities for repetition whilst not making it tedious or hard work.
