Spanish for Absolute Beginners in Sutton Mondays

This course is ideal for:

absolute beginners or the truly terrified! This course starts with the basics: hello, goodbye, and what’s your name; but builds up quickly to short conversations based on your real life. By the end of the course you will be able to:

greet people
have a simple conversation about your family, your job, nationality and possessions
buy food in a shop and get information about opening times
use numbers to 100
introduce yourself and your family
recognise days of the week and months of the year
make yourself understood using useful expressions such as “Pardon?” , “I don’t understand” etc

Beginner - Level 1 Course Information

Lesson Duration: 7:40 pm - 9:10 pm

There is plenty of free parking at The Quill & Taper for patrons. The pub is next to Blake St Station if you wish to travel by train. Please purchase a drink at the bar before going to your class, which is usually in a private room with a few steps. There will be a break for Half-term on 27 October. Week 1 is a Taster (£20) so you can experience a full class before you commit to the term. If you then enrol for the rest of the term you will receive the equivalent of one free class in Beginners 1 (so the balance to pay = £144 for the rest of the term, payable before week 2).
