¡Hola! I’m a native speaker from Madrid, Spain, and I have been living in Cheltenham since 2017. I have always been fascinated by languages and other cultures, which is why I studied Translation Studies at university in Madrid.
I work regularly with my three languages: English, French, and Spanish as a professional Translator. Since last year, I also started my language teaching journey.
I am cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. I have been a language student so I know how it feels to be learning a language. I soon learned that the first thing to do when learning a new language is letting go of perfectionism. Now, without the pressure, let’s just enjoy it!
About my interests, I am a bookworm, a cinema enthusiast, and I generally appreciate good storytelling. I also enjoy music and often wish I could play an instrument.
What other languages would I like to learn? Hindi or Japanese! And Italian!
