Spanish Beginners Level 2 North Lanarkshire

This course is ideal for:

Beginners 2 “Around the town”

This course is suitable for learners who have some basic skills like counting, greetings and buying items. Highly recommended for those who have already completed Beginners 1 course.

You will build up new vocabulary and learn useful language for getting by around town. By the end of this course you will be able to:

ask for and give basic directions
ask what there is in the area
ask and say what time things open
find out information about bus times
order food in a restaurant
say what you like and don’t like

Every lesson has time for conversation in pairs and small groups, to help you grow in confidence speaking to others, and we also adapt and personalize the conversations on each topic.

Classes are fun, laid back and relaxed and you’ll never be asked to speak in front of the class if you don’t want to. You’ll have access to the VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) with recap clips and revision quizzes to use at home.

Beginner - Level 2 Course Information

Lesson Duration: 6:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Our new Beginners 1 course for complete beginners to the Spanish language will start on Tuesday 2nd September 2025, and end on Tuesday 18th November 2025. To coincide with school holidays in October, there will be no classes on Tuesday the 7th and 14th October. All materials and access to the VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) with recap clips and revision quizzes are included in the cost.
