This course is ideal for:

… Learners who have some basic skills like counting to 100, greetings and buying items. You will build up new vocabulary and learn useful language for getting by around town. By the end of this course you will be able to:

ask for and give basic directions
ask what there is in the area
ask and say what time things open
find out information about bus times
order food in a restaurant
say what you like and don’t like

Lesson Duration: 7:40 pm - 9:10 pm

There is plenty of free parking at The Quill & Taper for patrons. The pub is next to Blake St Station if you wish to travel by train. Please purchase a drink at the bar before going to your class, which is usually in a private room with a few steps down. Access can be made available with a ramp should you require it. There will be a break for Half-term on 16 February. First class 5 January; last class 16 March.
