This course is ideal for:
This face-to-face course will run in Bebington.
This course is suitable for learners who have some basic skills like counting, greetings and buying items. You will build up new vocabulary and learn useful language for getting by around town. By the end of this course you will be able to:
ask for and give basic directions
ask what there is in the area
ask and say what time things open
find out information about bus times
order food in a restaurant
say what you like and don’t like
There are no exams and there is no compulsory homework for this course. We focus on communication, not perfection!
The course will start on Thursday 15th January 2026 and run for 9 more weeks with a break for half term (19th February). The course costs £165 for 10x 75 min lessons. Please pay a deposit of £50 by 19th December to reserve your place. I kindly ask that full fees are paid before 1st January.

Hi, I'm Abi! I have always enjoyed learning languages and watching foreign language movies, so I decided to study French and Spanish at Warwick University. I lived in Galicia during my studies and really enjoyed using my language skills to connect with locals and travel around Spain, and last year I even used my skills whilst travelling around Peru.
I enjoy teaching in adult education and look forward to watching your confidence grow as you gain the French and Spanish language skills to use on holiday whilst making friends in the classes. The relaxed and fun atmosphere is a great environment to learn in!
