This course is ideal for:
Suitable for absolute beginners, perfect if you are also truly terrified – you won’t be terrified for long! In this course you will start with the basics of learning Spanish, such as greetings, introducing people, buying food and drinks and saying that you understand – or not!
By the end of this course you will be able to:
-Greet people
-Have a simple conversation about my family, my job, nationality and possessions
-Use the verbs “to have” and “to be”
-Buy food in a shop with “some” and “any”
-Find out when shops are open and closed
-Use numbers to 100

¡Hola!
I’m Eloísa, and I come from the beautiful South of Spain. Growing up immersed in the vibrant culture of Andalucía sparked my deep love for connection and communication. I studied Public Relations in Spain before moving to England after getting married, and all these years later, I am happily settled here!
After transitioning my passion for communication into the classroom, I became a dedicated language teacher and now teach GCSE and A-Level Spanish in a school. I am incredibly cheerful, patient, and enthusiastic about my native tongue. I am especially good at helping learners overcome their fear of speaking a foreign language, focusing heavily on building up their confidence so they feel completely ready, relaxed, and prepared to speak in Spanish.
Holidays are always spent back home in sunny Spain, catching up with my family who are still there and ensuring we keep those close roots alive. In my spare time, I love staying active and embracing life in England, while always bringing a bit of that warm Spanish sunshine into everything I do.
