Spanish - Beginner
This course is ideal for:
This face-to-face course will run at the lovely Francini Cafe de origen Colombia in Formby.
Suitable for real beginners or the truly terrified. This course starts with the basics: hello, goodbye, what’s your name; but builds up quickly to short conversations based on your real life. By the end of the course you will be able to:
• greet people
• have a simple conversation about your family, your job, nationality and possessions
• buy food in a shop and get information about opening times
• use numbers to 100
There are no exams and there is no compulsory homework for this course. We focus on communication, not perfection!
The course will start on Friday 25th September and run for 9 more weeks until Friday 4th December with a break for half term (30th October). The course costs £175 for 10 x 70 min lessons. I kindly ask that full fees are paid before the first class of the term.

¡Hola! I'm Kate and I have a passion for languages spanning over three decades. I started Spanish from scratch so I understand precisely how language learners feel and know how to help them build their confidence and improve their linguistic ability. I have a Master's degree in Translating (Spanish) and I have lived, studied and worked in Spain, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I have taught Spanish to people of all ages and I currently teach Spanish in primary schools across Merseyside.
