This course focuses on the present perfect tense using typical holiday situations. Get ready to share your favourite travel memories! This course is suitable for people who are familiar with the present and future tenses and are ready to start learning to use verbs in the past.
By the end of this course I will be able to:
Use the present perfect “I have been, I have done” to talk about your experiences
Use object pronouns to say things like “I told her”, “I bought it”
Be confident using verbs like “gustar”, “encantar
Small friendly groups which can be joined at any point throughout the course.

Having studied Spanish myself at secondary school through to University, I know how tough it can be learning another language. After university, I lived in Granada, Spain, for 7 years and became fully fluent at this point. Now back in England, I started teaching Spanish to children after my daughter was born as I think it is so important to learn other languages. Not wanting to limit myself to just children, I started up adult classes and really enjoy the different challenges that this brings. Being able to give adults the confidence to use the language when abroad is such a good feeling! I am now in a position to offer more groups and am excited to be using the Language for Fun materials and programmes.
