French - Intermediate
This course is ideal for:
Improvers 1
Learners who already have some experience of French and are comfortable using the present tense. This class will use real-life conversations to help your grammar, build your vocabulary and introduce the future tense.
Improvers 2
Learners who have studied the language before and are comfortable with the present and future tense. We will continue to build your vocabulary and start talking about the past, drawing inspiration from our real lives.
Improvers 3
Learners who have studied the language before. We will consolidate the proper use of present, past and future tenses and continue to extend your vocabulary using real-life situations.

Bonjour! I have always had an interest in languages, graduating with a first class degree from Sheffield University in French, German, and spoken Swedish. I then completed an MA in Translation and undertook some freelance translation work. After a career break to spend time at home with my 3 daughters, I went on to teach language clubs in primary schools alongside piano tuition, and I am delighted to also be offering structured adult conversation classes with Language for Fun. In my spare time, I also enjoy running, being part of a book club, and leading a community choir. I look forward to meeting you!
