This course is suitable for learners who are familiar with the present, future and past tenses (French passé composé) but need more practice with them before moving on to harder grammar. You will have the chance to build your vocabulary and improve your speaking skills. This term, we will be focusing on French pronouns including ‘y’ and ‘en’. By the end of the course, you should be able to:
Please note, this course is part C of Intermediate 3 and will cover chapters 7 – 10 in the workbook. We will be working at our own pace. Part A and Part B were the two previous terms. New learners are welcome and will receive the full workbook for the Intermediate 3 module.

I am a French native speaker and come from Lyon in the South East of France. I've been living in the UK for over 25 years and first came to England to complete my university degree. My background is sales and customer service. I worked in export sales for 15 years as a business manager for a large manufacturing company so had plenty of opportunities to use my language skills through work including translating.
What do I love the most about Language for Fun? I have been teaching with Language for Fun for 6 years now and love the interesting and lively conversations that are sparked by the course materials each week. It's been amazing to help people grow their confidence in speaking another language.
I love travelling and discovering new places and new cultures. For me, part of the fun of travelling abroad is having a go at speaking the local language. In my spare time, I'm learning German and Italian. So if you are thinking of starting learning French or would like to refresh your language skills, come along and join us.
