French - Improver

This face-to-face and online blended course will run in Formby.  We will meet in person for the first and last lesson of term and the other 8 classes will be held online on Zoom.

This course is suitable for learners who have studied the language before and are comfortable with the present and future tenses. We will continue to build your vocabulary and start talking about the past, drawing inspiration from our real lives. By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• use verbs in the past to talk about your daily routine
• describe what you did last week
• talk about past holidays
• use adjectives to compare objects (bigger than, not as big as, etc)

There are no exams and there is no compulsory homework for this course.  We aim to build your confidence with speaking and listening in French. We focus on communication, not perfection!

The course will start on Tuesday 13th January with a live lesson and run for 9 more weeks with a break for half term on 17th February and another live lesson for the last class on Tuesday 24th March . The course costs £165 for 10x 75 min lessons.
