This course is suitable for learners who have studied the language before and can have a basic conversation about themselves and get by in typical tourist situations. In order to get the most out of this course, you will have an understanding of how to use verbs in the present tense, and be ready to learn how to use them to talk about the future. Bonjour! I have always had an interest in languages, graduating with a first class degree from Sheffield University in French, German, and spoken Swedish. I then completed an MA in Translation and undertook some freelance translation work. After a career break to spend time at home with my 3 daughters, I went on to teach language clubs in primary schools alongside piano tuition, and I am delighted to also be offering structured adult conversation classes with Language for Fun. In my spare time, I also enjoy running, being part of a book club, and leading a community choir. I look forward to meeting you!
