French - Beginner

Bonjour
My name is Carole Widdrington , i am new to Scarborough having lived in London for thirty years.
I was born in France with a French mother and an English father.
My mother was an English teacher so therefore my parents always spoke in English to one another.
I moved to London in 1993 where I worked as a bilingual teacher assistant in a local primary school. I was working with children who spoke English as their second language , going from the nursery to year 6 supporting children from all over the world, Chinese, Polish, French children etc...
Soon after, the school asked me to teach French to all the classes, and so from one school to the next I taught French to hundreds of children in London primary schools and nurseries for fifteen years.
I am also an artist. I studied Art in London and sign writing and stone masonry in France.
I have a passion for helping people and, being very creative, I always find ways to teach in a very joyful, relaxed and fun way.
As for my hobbies I dance on roller skates, I do stone carving , I paint and, at the moment, I am converting a campervan.
I'm delighted to start teaching with Language for Fun and cannot wait to meet my new students.
