Spanish - Beginner
This course is ideal for:
What we call our Brilliant Beginners – learners who already have some experience of the language, but need to improve their use of the present tense before expanding their vocabulary.
This course is called ‘De vacaciones’ – ‘On holiday’ and it is full of lots of useful and relevant holiday topics to help you gain confidence talking about topics like booking a hotel room, going to the tourist office, the weather, feeling ill, beach and ski holidays, and describing things that you’ve lost!
Classes are fun, laid back and relaxed and you’ll never be asked to speak in front of the class if you don’t want to. Every lesson has time for conversation in small groups to help you grow in confidence speaking to others. We adapt and personalize the conversations on each topic too.

My name is Julia and I come from Oviedo in the north of Spain. I have lived in many countries apart from Spain: The States, Sweden, France, India and currently I have moved to the UK.
I am a language university lecturer in France, now on a leave, and also a translator and interpreter for Spanish and French.
I have a lot of experience not only in teaching languages but in learning them myself.
My classes are relaxed, fun and very productive so come along and see by yourself!
