This course is ideal for:
Advanced learners … Book Club will use a set of materials to help you understand and enjoy any book in Spanish based on any topic. These materials open up conversations surrounding the book, such as the era it is based in, discussing the characters of the book and more. Each lesson introduces vocabulary based on the topic that week and revises important grammar points as well as finishing with a conversation about the topic.
Suitable for learners who have completed at least one Advanced term with Language For Fun or who are around A-level standard. You will have the opportunity to practise different tenses that you have already learned, whilst being gently guided by a native speaker.

Hola, me llamo Yaros, a Spanish-Venezuelan educator, married with two children. I hold a Master’s degree in ICT in Education from the University of Salamanca. With extensive experience teaching both face-to-face and online students, I recognize that every learner has unique capabilities and I am dedicated to providing personalized support to help each student excel in mastering the language.
Teaching has significantly boosted my confidence in communication, enabling me to thrive in diverse environments and tackle various challenges during each session. As an experienced personal tutor, I employ a comprehensive approach to teaching Spanish, emphasizing discussion and dialogue, followed by writing, reading, and comprehension exercises. This method has refined my teaching skills and deepened my knowledge, making me a kind and hardworking tutor committed to fostering learning and development in my students.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with my family.
