Ciao!!! I am a native Italian speaker with a true passion for languages! I believe that, whether it is for holiday, work or something else, being able to communicate to other people in their native language is very fulfilling and enriching and makes every interaction an authentic experience.
I am fluent in English and Italian and now I am working through my second degree in Spanish and French.
I have worked for several years in the financial sector as a tax adviser and later in life I have decided to follow my passion for languages. I retrained to become a teacher of Italian as a foreign language and since I started teaching, I have never looked back!
I have experience in teaching from children to adults, to people that want to learn Italian for fun, for work, because their partners are Italians, because they have family in Italy, etc…So far it has been an incredible experience for me and always gives me huge satisfaction to see how my students learn with enthusiasm and to see the progress they make!
I started learning English in my late teens and moved to London in my early twenties. Additionally, I am a language student now and therefore, I totally understand the frustration of trying to learn a new language from scratch and trying to communicate to other people in their native language. For this reason, I love the approach of our classes because we focus on communications and in making the all learning experience enjoyable. Our classes are fun and never based solely on textbooks and grammar. Grammar is important, but if you are afraid to communicate it becomes pointless.
So, if like me you have a passion for languages, or simply want to learn a new language for a hobby or work…come and join me and let’s have some fun!!!
A presto!!!
