Our classes are relaxed with no exams or compulsory homework.
We focus on conversations about ourselves that help us to speak the language with confidence and motivate us to understand what people are saying back to us.
You will never have to talk in front of the whole class – unless you want to – as we’ve designed a method which gets everyone talking at the same time!
Although the atmosphere is relaxed, the class is highly structured. This helps you to make progress while at the same time feeling at ease and knowing what to expect each week. Through carefully prepared conversations, you will get to know other learners in the language that you want to learn.

Hello, I'm Rachel. I have a degree in French and spent a year living in Lyon as part of my degree course. After university, I got a TEFL qualification and taught English in Madrid for six months whilst also learning Spanish. Back in London, I had various jobs using my languages, including booking advertising space in French magazines, producing audio-visual media for a Spanish theme park ride and working as a subtitler for foreign-language films. I have travelled extensively in South America and I have run French and Spanish clubs for children for the past six years. I am in my first year of teaching for Language for Fun and I'm loving the camaraderie and sharing my passion for languages.

Bonjour! My name is Sinead. I have a degree in French (with minor Spanish) and Business Studies and Postgraduate Certificate in European Enterprise Management. I have lived in France for two long periods and worked in a French Company for over ten years at a senior level, often within tri-lingual environments.
I am passionate about languages and believe that I was able to enjoy the career that I did because I spoke three languages. I began teaching French to children in 2014 with private tuition for adults. I am now really enjoying teaching adult French classes; my main aim is that everyone enjoys my classes. My focus is to share my knowledge and enthusiasm in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
