This course is ideal for:
People who have already done some French; maybe you did French at school a few years ago and are feeling a little rusty or you have already made a start on the basics and want to move on. This block of lessons ‘J’ai fait, je fais, je ferai’ covers home, friends, leisure, travel in the past, present and future!. The lessons are relaxed and informal, with the emphasis on communication and plenty of opportunities to practise your spoken French..

New learners are welcome to join at any time! If you join the course part-way through just pay for the remaining lessons of the term.

Bonjour! I’m Florence – welcome to Language for Fun in Guisborough, where you can build your confidence in French in a relaxed, friendly environment.
I’m originally from Brittany, France, and I’m a qualified, experienced teacher with a passion for helping adults enjoy learning and speaking French — whatever your starting point. I love making French feel accessible, and I believe everyone can have real conversations, even without being perfect!
