My background is in science and business, but I then found myself living in Burgundy with a very young family and all my school French totally forgotten!

Quelle horreur! Quelle panique! I know how it feels to not be able to understand, let alone speak, a single word!

6 years later (having sampled most of the local grape juice) we returned to the UK. Instead of going back to science and business, I became a primary school teacher, specialising in French!

I moved on to teach French with La Jolie Ronde in primary schools and then I discovered the fabulous methodology of Language for Fun for adults! Both learning methods emphasise learning through interaction and fun ... and it really works!

I am now able to share such a beautiful language with many youthful adult learners while having lots of French for Fun!
